Here you can find a few more examples of how the league will be scored. Remember, if you have any questions about anything, please e-mail me.
This week, Kelley's Monkeys used San Francisco(31), Green Bay(24), and St. Louis(17) for his offensive points. He took Carolina(27) for his defensive team.
Team Name | Number of Points Scored |
San Francisco | 31 points |
+ PLUS + | |
Green Bay | 24 points |
+ PLUS + | |
St. Louis | 17 points |
- MINUS - | |
Carolina | 27 points |
= EQUALS = | |
Weekly Score = 45 |
When you add all of the offensive points that San Francisco, Green Bay, and St. Louis scored, and then subtract all of the points that Carolina gave up, you get 45.
Another Example: This week Endzone Dancers took Pittsburgh(21), New England(17), and Indianapolis(34) as their offense and Green Bay(17) for defense. But, seven of New England's points came off of a defensive interseption. Defensive points don't count in your total. So the the total would look like this:
Team Name | Number of Points Scored |
Pittsburgh | 21 points |
+ PLUS + | |
New England | 10 points |
+ PLUS + | |
Indianapolis | 34 points |
- MINUS - | |
Green Bay | 17 points |
= EQUALS = | |
Weekly Score = 48 |
Notice that New England was only credited for scoring 10 points. Again, any points scored by a defensive unit does not count in your total.
